Job title:Personal Sales Assistant – Women’s

Location: Greater Belfast area. Serviced well by public transport and public parking areas.

Hours: 2- 3 days per week. Monday to Saturday 10am to 5 pm

Duration: Permanent

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an individual to join their small team on a part time basis. The Assistant will provide a personal and bespoke consultation and fitting service to clients.

This organisation has gained a reputation throughout Northern Ireland for providing an exceptional customer service experience and are very popular with set appointments and walk in enquiries.

This is a permanent role and training is given. The post holder can expect the learning process to take about 6 months.

You will need:

·To have a strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills.

·Be empathetic and demonstrate a calm demeanor.

·Be well presented, professional in appearance and have good communication skills.

·To be a strong team player and able to work in a small team.

·Reliable and a desire to learn.

·Flexible in approach.

Duties include:

·Dealing with telephone enquiries.

·Booking appointments.

·Dealing with walk in enquiries.

·Dealing with online orders.

·Measuring and consulting with clients to provide information on the best products.
