Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Support Assistant, on a part-time basis, to join the Global Corporate HR function. Reporting into the Global Head of People Services, you will be providing administration support with tasks including:
- Monitoring and organising incoming/outgoing email communications and responding as appropriate to manage expectations of internal and external clients.
- Diary management to prioritise and co-ordinate appointments and maximise time efficiency.
- Creating presentations in Powerpoint
- Providing support in organising meetings, taking notes in the meetings and sending out meeting actions when required.
- Reviewing written documents (such as policies, findings, or papers) for grammatical and spelling errors and summarising key points.
This will be a 13 hour per week part-time role which will need to be split across a minimum of 3 days in order to provide the support required.
You will be working hybrid out of our Nottingham office at NG2, however as a fully flexible employer we can offer the flexibility necessary to suit your needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent administration skills including diary management
- Reliable delivery of high standard of work ensuring attention to detail at all times and meeting agreed timescaled
- Confident, enthusiastic and motivated using a flexible approach to working practice including the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything during peak periods
- High standard of IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point
