The OPRA Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Tax Senior.

Personal Tax Senior - Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• You should be a tax professional with experience working with an accounting/tax practice in the United Kingdom with a strong, recent track record in Personal Tax, and self-assessment.
• You will be dealing with a portfolio of private clients, taking responsibility for their Personal Tax affairs.
• our portfolio will include a range of sole traders, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals across a range of sectors.
• You will report directly to the tax partner and, in addition to the preparation of Personal Tax returns and dealing with ongoing tax compliance work, you will have the opportunity to be involved with tax advisory as well as inheritance tax and probate work.
• You will also play an active role in the growth and development of the private client.
• You will have studied for the ATT or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CCH (for Personal Tax) would be a bonus.

Personal Tax Senior - Key Requirements:

• Ideally, you will have studied for the ATT or equivalent qualification.
• You should have experience in the preparation of Personal Tax returns, income tax and capital gains tax computations and the preparation of unincorporated accounts. Experience in corporation tax matters will not be required.
• Tax practice experience in the United Kingdom with a strong, recent track record in Personal Tax.
• You will need to have excellent communication skills to facilitate understanding between the client, team members and partners.
