Salary / Benefits Salary: £24,950 plus commission of £7 per hour PT session Yearly performance bonus dependent on company-wide performance 28 days holiday, plus after 3 years, one extra day per year up a max of 33 days Use of the gym and studio classes, indoor and outdoor heated pools with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, tennis and squash courts after 3 months employment. Discounted meals on duty Free staff parking Job Specification If youre an experienced Personal Trainer with an upbeat attitude, wed love for you to join our dynamic gym team! In your role as a Personal Trainer, you will pay a key part in delivering an amazing member experience by teaching a variety of classes, taking personal training sessions, gym inductions and creating workout plans. Were looking for someone with a positive approach to helping existing and new members, colleagues and management, an outstanding set of customer service skills, a pro-active approach in growing your PT client base and an understanding and willingness to create content for social media. Duties: Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants Develop and implement exercise programs based on individual needs and goals Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises Monitor participants progress and provide feedback and encouragement Modify exercises as needed to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities Ensure the safety of participants during classes Maintain a clean and organized workout area Skills: Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants Ability to demonstrate exercises with proper form and technique Knowledge of different fitness modalities and ability to create diverse workout routines Ability to modify exercises for individuals with injuries or limitations CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Ability to work well in a team environment Hours 40 hours to include some early mornings, evenings and weekends. Essential Qualifications and Experience Level 3 NVQ Personal Trainer Experience of working in a gym environment Outstanding customer service skills Delivering a variety of classes and PT sessions to a high standard Pro-active in growing PT client base Knowledgeable and willing to create content for social media Desirable qualifications Les Mills Qualification Level 3 Exercise Referral Qualification Please apply with a covering email and your CV.
