A UHNW client is on the hunt for a highly experienced and discrete EA/PA to join their family office in New York.
The ideal applicant will be an energetic self-starter who can work independently and responds well to direction. You must be a clear communicator who can reshuffle priorities and have a keen eye for detail

Office Manager:
- Supplies and anything required for the office
- Point of contact with building and procedures
- Keep office organized and neat
- Pick up and drop off packages (anything heavy via Uber)
Executive Assistant:
- Book national and international trips for executive and her Chief of Staff (air, cars)
- Schedule meetings
- Plan for shows and photo shoots (book location, photographers and miscellaneous staff, equipment rentals etc)
- Schedule and organize castings
- Keep a record of gifts sent to the office and keep a list of contacts, what they sent/when so executive can always reciprocate
Personal Assistant:
- Book personal appointments
- Master calendar management
- Order gifts
- Order miscellaneous items
- Run errands if needed
- Making sure the principal is kept up to date on day to day deadlines
To apply, you must have been a PA/EA to a founder/CEO for at least 8-10 years, and be comfortable within a small yet busy environment.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (opportunity to WFH when principal travels)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
