Pet Sales & Renewals Advisor

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pet Sales & Renewals Advisor to join our team who will provide an efficient and professional service to assist our customers when looking to set up a new business policy with us or renew their policy with us.

Our Pet Sales & Renewals Advisors work 37.5 hours either 9-5, 9:30-5:30 or 10-6 (Monday to Friday) and 8:15-1:15 Saturdays on a rotational basis. Working on a hybrid basis consisting of two choices:
1 week in the office followed by 2 weeks working from home.
Work full time from the office.

Responsibilities:

• To effectively sell pet insurance policies to customers and provide them with competitive quotations.
• To adopt strong verbal techniques in order to maximise retention opportunities.
• To provide support to the Team Leader & Manager where required.
• To assist with the handling of breakdown calls during periods of high call volumes.

Experience:

• Good computer skills.
• Good written communication and letter writing skills.
• Good to comprehensive business and insurance product knowledge is an advantage.
• Is able to prioritise workload in order of importance and to multi-task if required.
