Our client offers PFI Asset Management services across a multitude of sectors including NHS Healthcare, Education and Defence.
Job Description
The PFI Asset Manager will be responsible for working on a Healthcare contract consisting of 3 hospitals in Nottinghamshire.
Responsibilities will be centred around the asset and lifecyle management of hard services infrastructure across the 3 sites. This will include collating data relating to the asset condition, PPMs and asset surveys. You will have to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including third party FM service provider staff and NHS staff to collate the necessary data.
You will be tasked with helping to meet the high standards expected of the assets and ensuring that their conditions can meet the performance requirements. You will also be involved in capital works projects across the estate.
The role is based full time on site.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to have a background of working within a healthcare/NHS setting and have worked within asset management or hard services.
Qualifications relating to FM or hard services would be advantageous.
The role is based on site full time so we are looking for applicants to be based in or around the Nottinghamshire region in order to meet this requirement.

A salary of up to £65,000 is on offer.
