* Job Title: Band 6 Pharmacist
* Location: Coventry
* Duration: 6 Months
* Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), part-time will also be considered.
* Start Date: January 2024
* End Date: Ongoing
* Rate of pay: £22 - £26 per hour.
A Day in the Life of a Pharmacist
As Locum Checking Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in completing the final accuracy check on dispensed medications before they are supplied to the patient.
* Offer patient-centred care by focusing on service provision, medicine management and optimisation
* Accurately checking items labelled and dispensed by other individuals
* Reduce the risk of dispensing-related incidents by ensuring items are labeled accurately
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharamcist
* Some kind of previous community pharmacy experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Working hours and contract duration:
This position is full-time (Monday - Friday) from 10am to 6pm, with the option of part-time if needed.
