Pharmacist Manager

We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to lead the Pharmacy team and to make a real difference at our pharmacy based in Blackpool.

•  Salary - Up to £28 per hour + £5K Welcome to Well Bonus, £4k relocation bonus
•  Contract Type - Permanent - Full Time
•  No. Hours per week - 37 - 42.5

Services Provided and Items - NHS services and items region of 1100 p/week

What is the patient base like? High MDS and Blue Rx

What is the local area like? Area of hardship/multicultural

Facilities such as staff room, car park, access to public transport - public transport links, street (public) parking no charge. Small Staff area to rear of property. Local Mosque within walking distance

Trading hours - 9 - 5.30 mon - fri and  9 - 12

Number of care home and beds - 0

Number of community blisters - 15 per week

Number of substance misuse patients - 40 daily - methameasure

Relationship with surgery - Strong

The Team: 74 hours, 1 PA FT and remaining Hours Trainee

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
