Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations within the pharmacy
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications
- Monitor the dispensing of medications to ensure accuracy
- Promote health awareness and contribute to the well-being of the community
Profile
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- A valid GPhC registration
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulations
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail sector
Job Offer
