Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
- Resolve product or service issues, escalating as necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve Customer Service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly demeanour
- Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry
