These exciting new roles will involve working within the Primary Care and Community services team and the wider IHC, supporting a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in the community hospitals and GP practices, to manage medicine supplies, help ensure patients safety and improve patient outcomes. , , You will need to be motivated, and passionate about patient care, be able to move between bases and have excellent communication skills to work with healthcare teams across the locality.
