The Year-Round Fundraising team in Individual Giving recruits and communicates with supporters to diversify Crisis’s income. Right now, we’re developing our Champions (Mid-Value) programme and seeking an Individual Giving Executive to take ownership of creating amazing supporter experiences and help deliver ambitious income targets of £6m across the Champions portfolio.
Title: Individual Giving Executive – Mid Value (Internally this role is known as Champions Stewardship Executive)
Contract: 9-month fixed term contract
Location: Based in London (in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy you will be required to work from the London office a minimum of once a week or twice a fortnight)
About the role
As Individual Giving Executive for Crisis’ Mid-Value audiences, you will lead on the delivery of an inspiring, innovative, and cost-effective fundraising programme. known internally as Crisis Champions. maximising income, whilst contributing to our mission of ending homelessness. This is an exciting time to join as Crisis are looking to grow and recruit Champions in innovative ways, collaborating with various teams across the organisation.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have had experience developing a fundraising programme and creating bespoke supporter journeys to maximise income and engagement. You will be:
passionate about Crisis’s goal of ending homelessness in the UK
a highly organised project manager
experienced in using direct mail and email marketing
experienced at creating marketing plans (including testing)
skilled at interpreting data
able to communicate and collaborate with a range of colleagues and agencies
experienced at developing and managing budgets
experienced at developing creatives
You may have experience in mid-value fundraising, marketing campaigns, donor development, supporter experience, acquisition.
