Pay rate: Sat: £16.80 Sun: £21.03
NHS Professionals have an exciting opportunity for a phlebotomist to help our client trust. You will be responsible for accurately and safely providing necessary care to patients engaging with the service in the Trust. You will maintain key relationships with co-workers and other health care professionals across the Trust to ensure an effective service.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· The postholder will act as an experienced Phlebotomist who participates in the provision of a quality blood collection service.
· Provision of services to hospital clinicians and general practitioners (GP)
· Liaising with clinicians, other healthcare professionals including laboratory staff, with patients and their representatives and with commercial suppliers.
· Performing a range of venepuncture techniques in a variety of clinical settings working without direct supervision
· Performing reception and telephone duties as necessary
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
· Phlebotomy Certificate
· Recent Venepuncture Experience
· Experience working within hospital settings
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
