Our client, a prominent healthcare institution in South Essex, is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomy Receptionistto join their growing team.
Duties:
- Greet patients, efficiently book them in, and offer guidance on specimens and samples.
- Direct patients within the hospital, assist the Phlebotomy team, and maintain a positive image in person and over the phone.
- Ensure effective reception service during operating hours
- Contribute to a positive and friendly environment for patients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification.
- GCSE/O Level in Maths and English.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Must own a car.
Working Hours:
- Operates from 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Rotates for Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holiday shifts.
