Salary An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Photocopier Service Engineer to join a leading independent supplier of office services / Managed Print Services (MPS). With a substantial base of over 5000 customers nationally, my clients supply the latest technology from many of the world's leading manufacturers. The role will require a skilled engineer based and local to Greater Manchester.
Duties
Completion of work within the given response schedule and to a consistently high standardRepair of customer's equipment at their premises in line with service guidelines setCompletion of preventative maintenance either on fault calls or dedicated visitInstallation and removal of machines, including basic networking with customer's system and operator trainingManagement of stock items heldCommunicating with service control, either by phone or PDA to complete calls within set targetsTo deliver high standards of customer serviceAccurate accounting of stock and work time
Skills Required
Minimum of 2 years field experience within MFD / MFP / Print sectorSufficient networking skills to install and fault find printing and scanningGood fault-finding skills and methodical working methods.Excellent communication skills
