Key responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise in PHP, version 7+, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to develop and maintain cutting-edge applications.
- Implement efficient and scalable code using Model-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks.
- Showcase your strong database knowledge, particularly in MySQL, to effectively manage and optimise data.
- Contributing to the development of advanced AI algorithms to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
- Play a pivotal role in creating dynamic risk assessment tools powered by AI technology.
- Explore possibilities for automation and machine learning to revolutionise our services.
Desirable skills:
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially GIT, to streamline collaboration and development workflows.
- Experience with Docker to facilitate seamless containerisation and deployment of applications.
- Understating of agile methodologies, enabling adaptability in a fast-paced development environment.
This role is office based in Stoke on Trent (ST7), however the business is open to hybrid working (1-2 days) following completion of probationary period.
