Software Developer (PHP, .NET, JS), Charity sector - Code for good, GBP40,000, Oxford (Remote / Hybrid)
This role cannot be based from outside the UK and I cannot provide sponsorship, remote workers in the UK within 2 hours of Oxford only please

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with an environmental charity who do incredible things in their space. Your role will be to utilise technology to make an impact on environmental education and conservation. You will focus on customer portal management (Joomla), developing new features, addressing technical debt and playing a big part in the SDLC, testing, programming, deploying.

Key skills;

• Strong PHP experience, i.e 3+ years commercial Dev (Currently using 8.1)
• Ideally Joomla experience (Another CMS with strong PHP, if you don't have Joomla)
• Very good MySQL and some experience with .NET and JavaScript
• Some experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Automate and Power BI
• Knowledge of JSON, Python scripting
• Keen to work on varied technology and not a stickler for working with a certain framework like React etc.

Main duties include;

• Maintain a key software platform running on Joomla CMS, using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript
• Support and maintain cloud services in AWS
• Develop CRM using Microsoft Dynamics and assist with data migration
• Enhance Power Automate functions, training will be provided :)
• Report and analyse data using PowerBI to provide useful insight
• Support software platform using Python and JavaScript
