Job Title: Physical Disabilities Specialist
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
Contract: Temporary (opportunity to go permanent)

If you have years of experience working with Physical Disabilities in schools as a SEND Teaching Assistant or LSA, we would really love to hear from you. This role requires knowledge regarding PECS, Makaton, British Sign Language, and supporting motor programmes to improve or maintain physical activity.
We are teaming up with an OUTSTANDING SEND provision that is amazingly-well resourced with a hydropool, sensory rooms, drama studio among many other things to support the students in all aspects of development.

What we need from you:
- A DBS on the update service, or the ability to apply
- Knowledgeable in PECS, Makaton, British Sign Language, and/or motor programmes
- Experience in working with vulnerable people with the specified SEND needs
- A level 2 (or above) in Child Development, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or the equivalent would be advantageous.
