- Obtained a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Physics from a Top UK University
- Confident in preparing and teaching engaging lessons for pupils up to KS4, and potentially KS5
- Ambition to progress within the school
- Keen to be part of the wider school community, engaging in extra-curricular activities
- Passionate about pupils’ learning and welfare
