Job Summary

• To priorities, plan and deliver clinical case work within the the intermediate care bed base with support and supervision of a senior therapist.
• To apply evidence based, knowledge and skills to the clinical area
• To work in partnership with patients, carers, the MDT, and wider statutory, private and voluntary sector services.
• To work with team members to ensure the effective functioning of the team
• To participate in quality improvements to improve the clinical area
• Contribute to student training and development
