Opening spring 2024, our new Hamberley Neurocare home in Basingstoke will provide rehabilitation, recovery, and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions.
We are looking for a passionate, caring Physiotherapist to be part of our new home.

What you'll be doing:
be responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and treatment of highly complex neurological conditions.
Implement and evaluate individual treatment and rehabilitation plans.
liaising with other relevant agencies as appropriate; utilising effective clinical reasoning skills and evidenced based practice to develop individualised care plans.
provide ongoing treatment, monitoring, support and assessment of residents' physical needs.
Lead appropriate therapeutic group sessions and participate in sensory programmes for residents in prolonged disorders of consciousness.
use a range of communication skills to engage effectively with residents and their families.
Maintain up to date, concise clinical records and provide reports as necessary for each resident's case review.
provide training, education and support for other Therapy assistants and Unit based staff

Could you be part of our team?
We're looking for :
A qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
Two years' experience working as a Physiotherapist.
Previous experience working within a neuro environment.
Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
Have excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
Flexible to work shifts.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary: GBP40,000.00-GBP45,000.00 per year
