Address Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHNT) Children’s Physiotherapy Service provides comprehensive services to paediatric and neonatal inpatients, children’s musculoskeletal outpatients and is subcontracted to provide children’s physiotherapy community services. The Band 5 post holder will work in the acute physiotherapy team that provides a 7 day 24 hour inpatient service to the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Major Trauma, Accident and Emergency, tertiary services for infectious diseases and haematology, and general paediatric wards. The post holder will also manage children and young people with musculoskeletal conditions within outpatient settings.
To manage own caseload of patients as an autonomous practitioner with appropriate clinical supervision.
To consolidate and develop expertise across 4 pillars of practice (clinical, leadership, education and research).
To be responsible for own Continual Professional and Personal Development (CPPD)
To work effectively within the team, department and organisation
To contribute to service improvement, evaluation, audit and research programmes
