Job title: Junior physiotherapist
Full-time: 37.5 hrs per week

Dynamic and inquisitive physiotherapists are required for roles in a mixed caseload of clients. This could be for you if you are looking for a role that challenges and develops you and rewards you for hard work and innovation.
Excellent neuro and MSK pathology knowledge is essential, along with a caring and professional approach.
For some of your time, you will work with clients in home settings or clinics doing "proper hands-on" physio. You can also do workplace assessments and return-to-work programmes at clients' sites.
You will be working with clients remotely/ online consultation

Core Responsibilities:
- To manage clinical caseloads, providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and follow-ups to the highest standard
- Supporting elderly people to increase their mobility and liaising with Occupational Therapists to ensure that the patients have access to all the equipment, devices and resources that they require
- Liaising with GPs, doctors, nurses, consultants, OTs and other health or social care professionals regarding a wide range of medical issues
- Promote best evidence-based practice
- Apply and ensure you comply with legislation, policies and procedures
- Maintain professional standards per the CSP Code of Professional Conduct and Standards of Practice
- Consulting through telephone calls to solve patients' concerns and book appointments based on their health problems.
- To participate in a weekend rota
- Mentor and participate in CPD training
- To provide excellent customer service and promote a professional and caring environment
- Attend meetings and represent the department when required
- Keep abreast of developments in physiotherapy by attending relevant courses and maintaining an up-to-date personal portfolio
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and preferable post-qualification experience/ training
- Minimum 1-2 years plus experience
- A major area of focus is neurology and MSK pathologies
- Working experience in remote consultation
- Willingness to travel: within 25 miles
- Work Location: Hybrid working
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) or will be taking membership before the start of job
- Must be Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Application in process.
- Basic IT skills/ understanding of patient medical record system
- Ability to deal with matters of a sensitive and, at times, distressing nature
- Time management & organisational skills
- Ability to respect patient confidentiality
- Flexible approach to work
Communication skills
- English
- Other Asian languages will be an advantage (Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Gujarati)
