SalaryOur client, a renowned musical instrument retailer, is seeking a highly motivated Piano Marketing Specialist working for the Classic Division to create marketing campaigns. The company offers a hybrid working structure.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing marketing strategies and ensuring these are aligned with European strategy and KPIs.
• Implementing marketing strategies and monitoring ROI.
• Implementing product launches into the Dealer Sales Channel, to include supporting with Dealer Marketing actions, Web Content, Displays, Demo’s etc.
• Identifying opportunities in the market and monitoring competitor activities.
• Planning and controlling the marketing promotional budget.
• Controlling for all FOC to ensure they remain within budgets and ROI is reported on.
• Taking responsibility for the control of all Loan Stock.
• Ensuring promotional opportunities are optimised.
• Supporting with UK Artist requests, instrument placement, promotion opportunities, and brand presence.
• Attending regular marketing meetings with Dealer Activity Specialists and Dealer network.
• Reporting on Dealer Activity and ROI.
• Working with Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Team, and Internal teams to gain insights.
• Ensuring marketing has maximised digital reach in liaison with the Digital Marketing Specialist across databases, social media, newsletters, videos, and SEO/SEA.
• Communicating best practice across the European branches.
• Supporting with the training of staff with in-depth product knowledge.
• Supporting with marketing output and creating assets when required.
• Planning event activities such as exhibitions, Demo’s, shows, and instore events.
Requirements:
• Possess an accredited marketing qualification, a marketing degree is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel nationally and in Europe and attend events.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of acoustic pianos.
• Able to demonstrate the Pianos to dealers and artists.
• Previous professional Sales and Marketing experience.
• Experience executing PR plans for Product Launches.
• Able to liaise with PR and marketing teams regarding external communication campaigns.
• Able to identify key influencers within the market sectors to generate promotion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Presentation abilities.
• An ability to maximise all promotional activity is desirable.
• Competency to support with Translation/Copywriting is desirable.
• CIM-Copy writing and creative Accredited certificate, and CIM Brand and product Accredited certificate is desirable.
