Job description

The role

You will be required to procure individual packages of support for children, adults and families including: continuing care and care packages for older people and adults with mental health, learning and/or physical disabilities, requiring specialist assessment.

You will be required to undertake negotiations of individual placements and packages within social care. You will contribute information about the quality, availability and sustainability of the market for health and social care services and keep accurate records and reports on placements and financial activities.

You will maintain positive working relationships with providers to collect and maintain accurate information on the cost, quality and value for money of services and their compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

About you:

You should be customer focused with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills and a strong team player.
You should have drive, enthusiasm, flexible and a positive attitude with attention to detail. You will also have, excellent administration, IT and numeracy skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
