Responsibilities:
- Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance opportunities for student engagement and work experience placements.
- Student Workshops: Design and deliver workshops aimed at preparing students for the workforce, providing them with practical skills and insights crucial for their professional development.
- Work Experience Coordination: Facilitate work experience placements for students, ensuring they gain valuable insights and skills relevant to their field of study.
- End-of-Year Support: Provide support and guidance to students as they conclude their academic year, assisting them in transitioning smoothly into the next phase of their careers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with industry stakeholders and students.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination of work experience placements and workshops.
- Interpersonal Skills: Adept at building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, with experience in education, career services, or related areas.
