R13 are partnering with a reputable housing business in the recruitment of a Planner Support to join them on a 6-12 week temporary assignment, starting ASAP. Based in Dereham, you will be working 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and be offered an hourly rate of £12. Supporting the planning team, you will carry out outbound calls and schedule repairs and maintenance.
The day to day
- Conducting outbound calls and scheduling repairs/maintenance jobs based on incoming email queries.
- Utilising the system and planner dashboard with widgets to manage outstanding jobs and identify potential rebooking needs.
- Handling written work, phone calls, and perform clerical/administrative tasks associated with supporting the planning team.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a planning and logistics position.
- Significant customer service experience and skills in a high-volume call/phone environment.
- IT proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
