Planning and administration

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company in Tewkesbury.
Existing experience/train towards:
Scheduling and routing of jobs including Planning and accommodation.
Responding to emails and phone calls as required
Carrying out surveys, marking up plans, completing orders, producing picklists, collating fitter paperwork and documents.
Identifying project equipment needs, fixings, kit, access, paperwork, H&S, etc. Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate installs and plan projects (routing, updates, vans, warehouse picklists)
1. Providing internal and external reports on installs (daily and weekly) Tracking, carrying out and approving invoicing.
* Working closely with field managers to coordinate installs and solve on site queries.
* Keeping H&S at the forefront and never compromising to complete an install.
* Communicating with management to provide regular updates and escalations.
* Tracking, organising, and monitoring installs, both day to day and in the future
* Ability to work on multiple accounts.
2. Candidate characteristics
* Attention to détail when producing orders, quotes, install guides and other project documentation.
* Understanding cost implications and project timelines
* An ability to see the bigger picture and how doing something a certain way, may impact another and so on
* Ability to co-ordinate internal resources for the flawless delivery of installs
