Planning and Logistics Coordinator required for our client. Our client, a leading environmental services company in the South East who offer liquid waste disposal, equipment for hire, treatment systems and pump sales. Working across the South-East including Kent, Essex, Sussex, London, Surrey and Hampshire our client is looking for a new Planning and Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. The successful Planning and Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the maintenance of the team and the engineers, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of tasks to meet client requirements and uphold company standards.

The Planning and Logistics Coordinator's role will include communicating with engineers daily to plan jobs, scheduling work for them. They will be in a commutable distance to Maidstone, Kent, and will be able to work 5 days per week between the hours of (Apply online only).

The ideal Helpdesk Coordinator will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role previously, ensuring customer service levels are achieved.

• Ensuring that the engineering team are utilised effectively in order to maximise resource efficiency and job completion rate
• Planning and logging of engineering team's work
• Working alongside Projects and Sales teams
• Contacting customers to plan in scheduled works ensuring that high levels of customer service are provided at all times
• Producing accurate and relevant KPIs
• Carrying out other administrative duties
