Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with good organisational skills to join our established team. Reporting to our Planning Team Leader our Planning Assistants support our planning team in the delivery of a high quality repairs service including day to day, emergency and void repairs. Liaising with our customers, operatives, contractors and suppliers daily our Planning Assistants provide a customer focused service to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing;
• Manage the delivery of appointment scheduling, driving maximum efficiency of operative workforce and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support day to day and emergency repairs, including liaising with out of hours call centre and operatives to ensure records are accurate.
• Support parts and materials ordering driving efficiencies and satisfaction with partners and customers.
• Administration of absence bookings including the rescheduling of diaries for operatives and liaising with customers.
What we are looking for;
• Good standard of education and the ability to effectively communication across a variety of channels.
• Experience of handling telephone calls and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Experience of providing a high standard administrative service.
• Good working knowledge of ICT systems including Microsoft.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to respond sympathetically to the needs of our tenants.
