Planning Engineer - Reading

Working with an engineering and construction company specialising in highways and structures within the southern region of England.

What will you be doing?

We have a great opportunity for a Planner to work on schemes across our Southern Division as part of our major projects team.

You will be involved in ECI programs for National Highways & be able to support the project team from the ECI stage through to Live Delivery programs accounting for any change management updates that might be necessary.

You will attend meetings on site and with the customer to ensure that programs are produced to the cost, standard & schedule.

You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in ensuring that the programme is produced and routinely maintain progress with site personnel.

In addition to ECI programs you will also have the opportunity to be involved in other non-framework project schemes usually valuing between £4m and £6m.

Hybrid working with visits to site as required.

What will you bring?

Expert in the use of Primavera P6

Must have come from a technical engineering background.

HNC / BEng Civil Engineering

A sound knowledge and understanding of construction detailing & management
