Planning Lawyer
Part-time or Full-time
Hybrid OR Remote working
Our client, a Local Authority in the Southeast is seeking a Planning to join their Legal Services team on a locum basis, for a minimum period of 3 months.
This position can be offered on a hybrid or remote working basis. Whilst full-time hours are preferred, Planning Lawyers seeking part-time hours will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of planning matters, which may include;
- Drafting and advising on S106 Agreements
- Lawful development certificates
- Biodiversity Net Gain
- Advising on general planning queries
Experience required for the Planning Lawyer role:
The successful candidate must have relevant planning experience, gained within Local Government.
