Plant Operator

Plant OperatorMy client in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join the team to oversee the next stage of an exciting project.Construction of the powerplant, comences in 2024. This is the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join and have involvement from the very beginning and really make an impact.Experience within a similar role such as running a waste-water plant, anaerobic digestion plant, renewable energy plant or a chemical plant would be beneficial.

Duties:- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment- Monitor and control plant processes to ensure efficient operation- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or malfunctions- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities

Skills:- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting- Strong problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Excellent communication skills- Strong mechanical, electrical and process engineering background.
