Plasterer/Labourer

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. If you have experience in masonry, carpentry, and working with hand and power tools, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster or stucco materials according to specifications
- Apply plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Create decorative textures and finishes
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster or stucco
- Use hand tools such as trowels and brushes to achieve desired results
- Use power tools such as sanders and sprayers when necessary
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and hammers
- Familiarity with power tools such as sanders and sprayers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:
- Welding skills for metal lath installation (preferred)
- Masonry skills for brick or stone installation (preferred)
- Roofing skills for repair or replacement (preferred)
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, hammers, etc.
- Familiarity with power tools such as sanders, sprayers, etc.
- Carpentry skills for framing or repairing structures (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
