- Demonstrable account management experience, operations or other client facing sales support functions ideally across both direct and agency clients.
- Experience working in or with clients in the Games industry.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a keen passion for the ever-changing digital space.
- Great collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Excel numeric and analytical skills are critical for this role.
- Clear eye and focus on detail and trends, combined with the skills to react fast to ensure we deliver our clients the best in market service, whilst keeping a cool head under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills, able to listen effectively, socialise ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.
- Passionate about working across teams, driving a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Extremely professional and positive attitude. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus too!

The Platform Specialist team is essential to the business success, combining their abilities of analysing data, optimising accounts and articulating this in clear and simple terms with clients directly. With a focus on driving client growth and delivering best in class customer service. You'll have a hands-on client facing account management role with direct and agency customers in the Gaming vertical. The Platform Specialist is responsible and accountable for owning, growing and developing our key, strategic Gaming accounts across the EMEA markets represented by our London office. You will own and grow a book of business, through making recommendations to clients on how they best optimise their campaigns to hit their business goals whilst also forging long-term commercial partnerships. You will work closely with Client Partners who act as our frontline business development team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key partners such as marketing and product, delivering back market sentiment on our products. You will be part of an inclusive and open team culture, with results focussed behaviours that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
