Job Description
As a Plot Conveyancer your duties will include:
- Manage your own plot conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post completion.
- The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved with part exchange and resale transactions.
- This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients (well known housebuilding clients).
- Coordinating efficiently with developers and housing associations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Plot Conveyancer should have prior experience in residential work - ideally plot sales although this is not essential. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
