The Role:

As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will handle various functions from preparing plot sale paperwork to managing settlement procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and negotiating sales documentation.
• Completing financial tasks and documentation.
• Handling settlement and registration procedures.
• Managing client reports and meetings.
• Conducting conveyancing searches.
• Dealing with incoming calls and post.
• Using their plots case management system and other software tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality, accurate service to clients.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Attend team briefings and participate in training and self-development.
• Mentor other staff as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Conveyancer or in Plot Sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage your own caseload without administrative support.
• IT literate and able to follow firm policies.
• Willingness to attend courses and seminars, sometimes outside office hours.
