Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Due to company expansion, we now have a requirement for fully qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join our domestic division on a PAYE basis.

About the Role 

As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer with us, you will leverage your extensive experience in all facets of Domestic Plumbing & Heating work. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• General plumbing repairs, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Gas boiler installations, covering combi/heat/systems/conversions
• Replacement, maintenance, and installation of heating system components
• Full house 1st & 2nd fix, soil, waste, domestic, and heating circuits
• Reactive maintenance & repairs

Your expertise should extend to unvented heating systems, HIU central/district heating systems, pumps, and installation and rewires (with a minimum of 2 years' experience). With excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities, you will diagnose defects, ensure a first-time fix for customers, and provide professional advice to promote our additional services.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Ideally a min of 3 years or more experience of servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs on different boilers and central heating systems across a variety of manufacturers
• Electrical knowledge essential, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• You must hold a full, UK manual driving licence with 6 points or less and be confident driving and working in and around Central London
• You must have domestic experience and be confident working in high end properties - servicing, maintenance & repair
• Experience of managing own workload and raising quotations and invoices
• You must hold a valid DBS certificate for this role

Location: Central London & within M25 Area

Salary & Benefits:

• Between £42,000 - £45,000 basic salary (dependant on experience) + Uncapped monthly performance bonus's + Overtime pay
• 1.5x overtime pay
