Pmo Analyst

We an exciting opportunity to join our Digital and Technology team as a PMO Analyst. You will be responsible for ensuring the governance processes within the D&T portfolio methodology are established, maintained and adhered to. These include processes around Wrike, SharePoint, Teams, Reporting Management and Stage gate Governance. You will also support the PMO Manager in driving adoption of the D&T portfolio methodology and associated principles.

Key responsibilities:

• Supports the Project Management community on tooling (Wrike,SharePoint,Teams etc)
• Administration of project information within Wrike
• Manages and maintains the D&T Project Management methodology processes and templates
• Conducts training on use of PMO methodology processes and templates
• Supports the Project Management community in best practice on all aspects of Portfolio Controls
• Management of the Project Health Check & Audit schedule
• Conducts Project Health Checks & Audits where required
• Leads on production of Portfolio Status Reporting Pack
• Challenges and assures the “Critical Path” on project plans
• Analyses variance reporting produced by the Project Management community (Time, Cost, Scope)
• Provides early warning of increasing risk profile via report analysis
• Produces collateral to support the D&T Investment process

Required Skills:

• Ideally you will hold PMO experience in a technology environment
• Experience of digital project management would be beneficial
• A Prince2 qualification is desirable
