We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of PMO Analyst.
This role sits within the Markets Regulatory and Control Change Team and will support the wide range of regulatory change across the Markets Portfolio. This is a cross region and entity portfolio, and is complex, often with challenging delivery time lines.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Strat PMO Lead and Portfolio Manager to ensure the appropriate business change support, governance and controls are operating across the Markets Regulatory and Control Change initiatives.
In this role, you will:
• Support a large change portfolio to include the checking of reporting, ensuring milestones are met and assessing risks and dependencies
• Track that updates are completed and appropriate to the required standards and guidelines
• Create and facilitate data reports; providing input for process and data gathering improvements, carrying out Data quality and analysis for Portfolio information
• Regularly liaise and coach project and programme managers on data gaps and provide an understanding of new requirements
• Prepare and facilitate user training of clarity (HSBC's reporting tool) and support updates to clarity across initiatives
