Role Insights
Our high profile client is seeking a PMO Lead, with extensive Resource Management experience to join their professional team to successfully deliver the following:
- Understand Supplier Framework & current resourcing process and the manual effort that is involved in administering this
- Gather feedback from all key stakeholders to understand current issues with resourcing process
- Maintain and administer the resourcing process whilst we work through a transition to a new Digital Framework
- Identify, plan and deliver against a plan that transitions the current resourcing process to a new Digital Framework, minimising the impact with associated stakeholders
- Understand what, if any, impact this will have on existing process, as well as Vendor Management Group processes
- Align the resourcing and finance processes to ensure there are effective controls in place to ensure budget allocations allow for resources requested
- Draft a communications plan to launch and deliver against to ensure full understanding of the Digital Framework and associated impacts
- Ensure all Portfolio & PMO teams are trained on new Digital Framework process to minimise single point dependencies
- Align Digital Framework into PMO's business partnering model to ensure this can be administered by PMO Leads and as such, not result in a single person dependency or transition into a full time role
- Automate all Digital Framework processes where possible to reduce manual effort
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in similar roles/ environments
- Established Resource Management experience
- Strong communication skills across teams and with key Stakeholders
- Understanding of Supplier Frameworks and Resource Processes
- Process automation would be considered a strong asset (/ beneficial)
