PMO Manager (Dynamics 365) – Hybrid (1-2 days) – Cheltenham – Outside IR35 – 6 Months

A global organisation who’s head office is based in Gloucestershire is looking for a PMO Manager to join them on an initial 6 months contract as they look to reshape the PMO and implement Dynamics 365, to ensure that all projects within the current programmes are complying with the framework and running correctly
PMO Managers key responsibilities:
- Delivering PMO Services across the programme
- Building and managing an effective PMO team
- Day-to-day Triskell tool management
- Resolving first-line escalations within the PMO
- Supporting the Head of in ad-hoc activities
- Maintaining Programme authority matrix and service catalogue
- Ensuring effective PMO performance criteria and Gate Management
- PWC Assurance Preparation
- Applying effective governance to the programme
Key Requirements:
- Ideally 10 years + of PMO experience
- Ideally 5 years + in team management
- ERP PMO and BTO/Transformation experience – specially within Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Relevant qualification (APMG or PMI)
Additional emphasis
- Compliance Champion: Ensure all projects across the programme comply with the established framework.
- Change Management Advocate: Approach change management from a control, not just a business perspective, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Motivational Leader: Bring team members along through education and motivation, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaboration Expert: Thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and synergy across diverse stakeholders.
- D365 Proficiency: Must have prior experience with D365 programmes.
Contract overview:
- Role: PMO Manager
- Duration: 6 months initial contract with view of extension
- Location: Hybrid – up to 2 days per week on-site (Cheltenham)
- Rate: Competitive daily rates of £550 - £600
- IR35: Outside IR35
