The successful PMO Manager will:
- Lead and manage a small team of PMO professionals
- Implement and oversee project management tools and methodologies
- Track and report on project portfolio performance
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams
- Drive strategic planning and change management initiatives
- Ensure alignment of projects with organisational strategy
- Manage project risks and issues
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO
Profile
The successful PMO Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector, ideally a police force
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong strategic planning and change management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Current, active NPPV3 clearance
Job Offer
£500 - £600 per day dependent on experience
This role is inside scope of IR35 and will require a presence on-site 2-3 days per week on average
