About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a PMO Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the way the society delivers technology solutions and business transformation and change.

You will be working across our entire technology portfolio, including our Core banking transformation programme – the largest transformation programme in the Society's 140 year history.

Managing a small team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Change Management methodology and delivery governance across the Society including accountability for benefits and resource management within Change. You will also lead the development and implementation of improved and standardised processes, and right sized governance across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

What will you bring to the role?

  • You are an experienced PMO Manager.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Change Management Governance, processes, and standards across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates drive, self-motivation and ability to influence at senior level.
  • Line management and coaching experience.
  • Ideally a PMO qualification.
