This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work onsite as and when required. You may find some weeks are fully remote however when you are needed onsite, you are expected to go.
My client is a large defence and engineering consultancy who provide critical support to the MOD and other government clients.
They are looking for a PMO Analyst to assist with the vital day to day management of the PMO and oversee project governance and assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the day to day management of the PMO.
- Implement governance and processes across the programme.
- Establish baselines in terms of scope, cost and schedule.
- Provide regular management reporting.
- Ensure effective change management is applied across the programme.
Skills & experience
- APM PMQ, Chartered status or equivalent.
- Considerable experience in the advanced application of Project Management techniques.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of staff, providing direction and motivation.
- Experience in the application of SRA and EVM.
- Previous experience on complex defence and/or telecommunication projects/programmes.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of contract and commercial management.
