You Will:
- Support the project and program manager in the preparation of materials.
- Arrange and lead workstream update meetings.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis.
- Leverage your analytical skill set to deliver on time and work in collaboration with a global team on day to day tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Grow your understanding of the ever changing market landscape and how it impacts their processes.
- Support integration related activities.
Your Skills/Experience:
- Project experience, managing projects or PMO in large change programs within financial services.
- Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly build relationships across stakeholder groups.
- Able to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems.
- Keen to understand big finance related data.
- Ability to prioritize work based on internal and external deadlines.
- Drive and build synergies across multiple organizational units.
- Great attention to detail in relation on action tracking / stakeholder updates.
