Job Description:
As a Civil Protective Order Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in advising, preparing, and presenting civil protective orders in the Magistrates’ Court. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of orders including Domestic Violence Protection Orders, Stalking Protection Orders, Sexual Harm Prevention Orders, and more.
