The primary focus of this position is to:
- Develop and manage our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and initiatives
- Develop and support the implementation of our strategic direction in this area.
- Build relationships across Red Kite and promote commitment to equality, Diversity and

What we need you to do:
- To develop and maintain our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, developing the
