Responsibilities
As a Pol-Plan Insurance Consultant, you will:
· be a key point of contact within your branch
· be a great listener and provide great client service
· maintain existing client relationships
· help people get the desired outcome
· work from Monday to Friday (08:30am-05pm) and every second Saturday (09am-12pm) weekly hours 37.5
Requirements
To be successful in this role you’ll need to:
· Listen to clients and manage their requests efficiently
· Be highly organised and responsive to client needs
· Build rapport, trust, and client loyalty
· Introduce clients to new products and services where appropriate – tailoring the service for each individual circumstance
· Be highly responsive and apply this when dealing with clients
· Be keen to grow professionally and embrace new challenges
